This extension automatically pixels each email so that you can see who is opening your emails and who is not. You’ll get a daily digest as well as the ability to track in real-time via their site. You can also write emails whenever you’d like and schedule them to be automatically sent when you’d like them to be.

This is a free tool, set up your own credentials.
This site allows you to generate email signature images that allow for your contact information to be shared with a single click, and you can set up a QR code that lets your information be easily scanned by smart devices.
