SSC is Also Our Task Manager

Our primary task assignment/project management tool is inside the SSC.  This tool allows us to easily communicate as a team, and gives you a tool to structure your week.

If you do not have a login to the SSC yet, then just know it's coming.  In the meantime, here are some time management pro-tips.

We suggest having no more than 8 "to-do's" in a single day, and each task should be able to be completed in a single "Pomodoro".

Here is a an article that discusses the Pomodoro method.

Once you become a time management pro with this tool, you should be able to complete all your work in less than 4 hours a day at most (or 8 pomodoros).

Sales Folder

You'll have viewable access to the following tools, and you should save a copy to your own Google Drive so that you can edit for yourself.
1.  An Urgency/Important chart- this tool easily allows you to determine which tasks you should do first in a given day.

2.  Cold email templates that help you with wording to new contacts and prospects.

3.  A CNA (client needs analysis) template that breaks up the most important information from a first meeting with a prospect.

4.  A sample campaign presentation that you can use as a template for your own future sales presentations.
